This Navy Hat made from woolen cloth. There are two white lines around it. The Badge in front the Hat has a red star which colored with enamel. Soviet sailors which has duty on the Black Sea worn this Hat as a part of Uniform and the Russian words you see on the front of the hat says “Black See Fleet”.
