This watch was made in USSR (not a modern copy made in Russia in present time). Manufactured by the famed Agat factory in Russia (city Zlatoust, near Ural Mountains). This factory mainly produces top secret hardware for the Russian Military and Space programs. On the white dial inscriptions: Agat logo, ‘Made in USSR’. The dial is divided into 60 seconds with 0,2 second graduations and has 0 to 60 minute registry with easy to read numerals. It can be started, stopped, by pressing the crown and reseted by pressing the small button. Rewinding is done by clockwise crown movement. The uninterrupted running time after full winding is over 8 hours. The stopwatch have State Quality Mark of the USSR. State Quality Mark of the USSR was the official Soviet mark for the certification of quality established in 1967. It was used to mark consumer, production, and technical goods to certify that they met quality standards and, in general, to increase the effectiveness of the production system in the USSR.
